Both our café and shop are open Monday to Thursday: 10.00am – 4.00pm (except Bank Holidays) and Sunday: 11.30 – 4.00pm.
Café
Nestled within Ordsall Hall, our charming café offers a warm welcome and a delicious retreat from your exploration. Whether you’re looking to refuel after a tour of the stunning 16th-century hall or simply want to enjoy a peaceful moment we offer toasties, teacakes, wrapped snacks and delicious cakes as well as a range of teas and fresh coffee.
Around the Hall grounds, you’ll find several seating options, including picnic benches in the orchard and outdoor café tables with views over the historic moat.
Seating in the café area is limited so it is advisable to book ahead if you are visiting as part of a large group. Please call 0161 686 7440 or email ordsall.hall@scll.co.uk to make a reservation.
All proceeds from the café are reinvested back into the Hall.
