Come and design your own festive wreath for your front door with a range of organic and natural products such as pine cones, cinnamon, holly, conifer and berries. Our resident Head Gardener Jo Green will be on hand to help you develop your wreath to take home. Refreshments included.

Father Christmas will be taking up residence at Ordsall Hall in his onsite Grotto. Come and spend some time in his Grotto and choose a special gift from the Elves workshop in the Star Chamber. Tickets are to be purchased per child in 15 minute time slots from 1pm to the final visiting at 3.30pm daily.

Come and get in the festive spirit with the BBC Philharmonic’s annual Christmas Concert in Ordsall Hall’s beautiful Grade 1 listed Great Hall. The performance will be one hour long followed by mince pies and hot refreshments included in the price.

Sunday 15 & 22 December – Performances at 4:30pm, 6:30pm and a magical night time performance at 8.30pm

Step into the realms of your imagination as Tangled Dance Company unlock the frosted secrets of the majestic Ordsall Hall and it’s enthralling world of witches and wizards. Be swept along by the enchanting melody in a spellbinding promenade dance performance through the rooms of the Hall.
This will be an unforgettable festive spectacle of magic, perfect for the whole family.

Get into the festive spirit and come and enjoy a historical tour of Ordsall Hall with friends and family this Christmas. The tour will take place between 2-3pm and will finish in the cafe and shop. No pre-booking required, please just add your name to the list and make payment on arrival at the Hall.

Come and enjoy the start of your festive break with a free visit to our spectacular hall. This will be our final day of opening in 2019 so come and make the most of beautiful free facilities with all the family. The shop and cafe will be open for last minute treats and we will have a free child’s craft session to enjoy.
