One of the highlights of Ordsall Hall are the stunning gardens, which are looked after by our team of dedicated gardeners and volunteers.

In addition to their daily upkeep of the grounds, the gardens team also host a range of events throughout the year as part of our ‘In the Garden’ series.

These events, which take the shape of skills workshops, drop-in sessions or seasonal celebrations, allow our staff to share their knowledge and connect with keen horticulturalists of all ages.

See below for the latest events and be sure to check this page regularly for updates.

Please note some sessions are only suitable for those 16+.
