The Barn
In 2026 we opened our hand built oak barn, on the site of the original barns for the hall. We want this special space to be used by our visitors for picnics, workshops and activities and invite you to come and take a look at this beautiful space. This is a shared space for all our visitors.
The barn is open for use within the Hall opening hours
Rates & Capacity
If you would like to hire the barn for exclusive use this can be done within our opening hours and must be prebooked
The space is available for £60 per hour (minimum hire 2 hours).
Salford Community Group Rates
Monday – Thursday 10:00-11:30am, 1:30-3:00pm (term-time only).
£30 per 90 minute session, any activities much be free of charge or low cost (under £5).
Ordsall based community groups can book sessions for free.
Capacity
Seated 36 ( 6 per picnic bench), and 50 standing.
