The great Twelfth Night tradition of wassailing is alive and well at Ordsall Hall!
Every year around ‘Old Twelvey’, aka the 17th of January, we invite visitors to join us to toast the good health of our local fruit trees and help ensure a bountiful harvest in Autumn.
This year’s celebrations will be taking place on Sunday 19th of January so we can make the most of the daylight. We will meet in the Orchard and visit various locations nearby where there are orchard trees to be found. Expect a singalong with our gardens team!
Refreshments will also be offered. All ages welcome.
