Create a reusable tea bag and explore how drinks were used in the Tudor & Stuart era to assist with sleep.

Join Anna Fielding, our Sleeping Well project lead at Ordsall Hall, who will be showing participants how to create reusable drawstring tea bags using recycled materials. She will then mix a series of drinks popular during the early modern era, to warm the stomach, kickstart digestion and aid in sleep.

These make lovely presents and help in those moments of Christmas overindulgence that might disrupt your sleep over the festive period!

No prior experience necessary and all materials will be provided.

FREE, booking required.

Suitable for ages 16 years +.
