Join us for the return of our most popular session, where you will be able to make reusable drawstring tea bags with recycled fabric!

Led by Dr Anna Fielding, our Sleeping Well project lead at Ordsall Hall, this craft session will also involve trying Tudor tea infusions made with various herbs and spices which can aid in sleep and digestion.

Combine this with a visit to the gardens as they burst into life with the arrival of spring for the ultimate sleepy tea inspiration.

The length of this workshop allows for in-depth exploration and creativity, plus more time to look at the historical evidence behind our sleep project.
