Inspired by early modern journals and medicine advice books, make your own bespoke book.

Join Anna Fielding, our Sleeping Well project lead at Ordsall Hall, to learn simple book binding techniques to create a custom book featuring Tudor and Stuart sleep tips. All materials will be included and Anna will be giving step by step instruction.

This is an informal, drop-in session aimed at providing further insight into the Sleeping Well project.
