Join Dr. Anna Fielding, our Sleeping Well project lead at Ordsall Hall, for this long form session dedicated to tea and tea gardens!

Bring your own teacups and plant your own tiny windowsill tea garden with three different herbs known to aid good sleep. We will combine this with tea tasting, a tour of the gardens and plant label making using spoons to finish off your garden. All materials, besides tea cups, provided as part of the session. Be sure you bring your own cup!

The length of this workshop allows for in-depth exploration and creativity, plus more time to look at the historical evidence behind our sleep project.

FREE, booking required.
