Make a variety of sleep remedies inspired by Tudor and Stuart recipes.

We will be using herbs, flowers, plants, vegetables, grains, fabric, dairy or alternative milks, and essential oils to recreate the scented and cooling combinations people relied on to relax, calm, and bring on peaceful sleep.

Hourly sessions running at:

  • 11am
  • 1pm
  • 2pm

Please just book for the number of children you are bringing. Accompanying adults do not need to book a place. Sessions will last 45 minutes but people can leave at any point throughout.
