This event is part of the Not Quite Light Weekend, and will look at what we can learn from the Tudors about sleep, that might still be relevant to how we live today.

Sleep experts will take you through the herb garden of Ordsall Hall and show you recipes for sleep inducing food. The talks and workshops are led by sleep historian – Professor Sasha Handley, and Tudor Historian – Anna Fielding, who will teach you how to ‘sleep like a Tudor.’

Advance bookings only. Tickets available from the Not Quite Light website from February 2019.

Suitable for ages 12 + years. Booking required.
