Unless otherwise stated, Ordsall Hall is closed on bank holidays.

To get to us by public transport
You can catch a tram to the street that the museum is on by navigating to Tram Stop Exchange Quay. Please use the Media City UK / Eccles to Ashton line to Exchange Quay tram stop, which is a 2-3 minute walk from the museum. Tram are frequent, but please check online to live tram updates and departure times.

From Saturday 2 August to Sunday 10 August, there will be no trams running past Cornbrook towards Eccles or MediaCityUK. Additionally, the Trafford Park line will only run between Wharfside and the Trafford Centre. This means that all the tram stops closest to the Hall will be out of service during this period. There are various cycle routes to get to Ordsall Hall including the canal path and road based bike lanes through the city. We have a onsite bike rack to allow you to lock bikes up whilst visiting the Museum.

The museum does have a private gated 48 space Pay and Display car park.
Exact cash can also be accepted using the machine in the carpark.
