Learn about sleepy herbs and flowers before making your own small ‘sleep garden’ to take home!

Join Anna Fielding, our Sleeping Well project lead at Ordsall Hall, where she will discuss how plants would be used for sleep remedies in the 16th century as well as how they can promote better wellbeing today.

As part of the session, you will make your own miniature garden using plants found right here at Ordsall Hall.

Please note that planters will not be provided as part of the session, so you will be required to bring your own. It should be sized to hold approximately three plants.

Suitable for ages 16+.

FREE, drop-in with booking required.
