Join Anna Fielding from the Sleeping Well project in the gardens at Ordsall Hall to look at what we are growing that can help improve sleep.

This will be followed by a workshop where we process some ingredients to remake some original Tudor sleep remedies. Explore the connections between the natural environments, sleep, and the Tudor home.

There won’t be a take home element to this activity, but plenty of ideas and recipes to try at home!
