Come and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of our beautiful lawned grounds to explore mindfulness, relaxation and the art of Tai Chi.

Spend an hour practicing the Chinese martial art with one of our specialist instructors and then explore our three acre estate, finding a peaceful retreat to relax, think, read and be calm.

The two hour session also includes a free refreshment in our Museum Café.

This workshop is part of our Ordsall Hall Urban Living Programme. A Sunday afternoon programme of specialist talks, design activities, exercise classes and urban gardening events to help you feel more at home in the city and to encourage mindfulness and relaxation on the weekends.

Escape the city and enjoy a visit to our serene 15th century hall and gardens, just minutes away from Exchange Quay tram stop.

£8 per person, suitable for ages 12 years +.
