Part of Salford Community Leisure clock icon Open 10:00am - 4:00pm

As the situation surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to worsen and following recent government regulations, Ordsall Hall is closed as of Friday 20 March until further notice.

This includes closure of:

  • All Leisure Centres
  • All Salford Libraries
  • Community Centres
  • Salford Museum & Art Gallery
  • Helly Hansen Watersports Centre
  • All MAPAS services

What this means:

  • You will not be able to access any of these venues during this time.
  • We will be contacting all our customers individually regarding gym memberships, swimming lessons, coached sessions, event tickets and all other bookings they have with us.

A number of services will remain open:

  • Books@Home service will continue to take the library service to people in these difficult circumstances.
  • Schools’ Libraries Service to ensure that books and learning materials are provided for children and teachers remaining in school.
  • MAPAS will also continue to provide some services to schools for children and teachers who are remaining in school.
  • The cafes at Parr Fold Park and Clifton Country Park.

In the light of these closures, Salford Community Leisure Staff will be supporting Salford City Council to help staff frontline services to support the most vulnerable people in the city.

During this closure, please make sure you follow Salford Community Leisure across all our social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to keep up to date with all developments.

During the closure, please do all you can to look after yourself and your family and follow the NHS guidelines to reduce the risk of you becoming ill.

If you have any queries, please email us at ordsall.hall@scll.co.uk.

We look forward to welcoming you back to to Ordsall Hall as soon as possible.
